Abuser is Brought to Justice
On 08 December 2015, the Almaty Special Inter-District Economic Court examined the claim of KazAK to individual entrepreneur Bayabilova A. S. for illegal public performance of works of foreign authors whose interests are represented in Kazakhstan exclusively by KazAK. The Court made the ruling to meet the claim of KazAK and charge Bayabilova A. S. for 2,774,800.00 Tenge in favour of foreign authors.
On 02.03.2016, the appellate unit of the Almaty City Court declined the appeal of the defendant. The ruling came into force.
