Abyroi still breaches authors’ rights

KazAK on behalf of its 83 members took the action against Abyroi to disclose the information on the accrued royalties, which in violation of their property rights were not distributed to them within 1.5 year. The Special Inter-district Economic Court of Almaty chaired by Bilispaevoi A. M. city examined the claim. The Economic Court scrutinized the presented materials and ruled out to meet fully the claim. As it was mentioned earlier, on 2 February 2013, the Special Inter-district Economic Court of Almaty made the similar decision on 107 members of KazAK. At present, the Court is examining the case on 373 Russian authors.
