TV Channel Met Its Debts
On 14 December 2015, the Almaty Oblast Special Inter-District Economic Court heard the claim of KazAK to Zhetysu TV Channel to recover the debt. Finally, the Court made the ruling to meet the claim of KazAK and charge Zhetysu TV Channel for 8,839,760.00 Tenge.
On 09.03.2016, the appellate unit of the Almaty Oblast Court declined the appeal of the defendant. The ruling came into force.
