The court declines the claim of Web Content

On 19 January 2015, the Special Inter-district Economic Court of Almaty City examined the copyright claim of

Web Content to NS – Radio National Network for the amount of KZT 1,597,280. KazAK participated in the court hearings as a third party.  Following the examination, the court fully declined the claim Web Content. Thus, the claimant’s arguments and statements are declared as illegal and groundless.
