Decision remains in force

As it was mentioned earlier, the Special Inter-district Economic Court of Almaty city ruled out to recover a large amount of the royalty debt from Icon cable operator. Icon appealed this decision. The appellate and cassation authorities of Almaty city Court left in force the previous decision (20.01.2011). It also confirmed as valid the agreement between KazAK and Icon, which was denied by Icon.
