At concerts laws should be respected
On 23 May 2014, Medeu District Court of Almaty city examined the claim of KazAK to Palace of Republic and
Karaoke System LLP for illegal use of musical works of E. N. Bergaliev (member of KazAK) by their public performance during the concert. The court ruled out to meet the claims of KazAK and charge the defendant — Karaoke System LLP for 798,640.00 Tenge in favour of authors.
