Court declines ungrounded claim
On 25 November 2013, 27 January 2014, 04 July 2014, 03 September 2014, in Almaty, District Court # 2 of Alamalinskij District of Almaty city examined the claims and made the decisions upon the statements of authors Mustapayev B. K., Aitimbetiov A.K., Usmanov S. Kh. misinformed by Yenzhanov N. M. sued KazAK claiming the non-validity and illegality of its agreements with authors, though, they are themselves are not KazAK’s authors. Following their examination, the court ruled out to decline fully the claims of Mustapayev B. K., Aitimbetiov A.K., Usmanov S. Kh. misinformed by Yenzhanov N. M. Thus, it confirmed the illegality and unfairness of the arguments and claims of claimants. On 14 March 2014, 18 April 2014, 19 June 2014 and 29 August 2014, the appellate and cassation authorities of the Almaty city Court after examining the decisions of the first instance courts left them unchanged and appeal without satisfaction.
