Abuser is Punished Repetitively
On 06 April 2016, the Medeu District Court of Almaty City examined the claim of KazAK to individual entrepreneur Bayabilova A. S. for illegal public performance of works of foreign authors whose interests are represented in Kazakhstan exclusively by KazAK. Finally, the Court made the ruling to meet the claim of KazAK and charge Zhetysu TV Channel for 3,765,800.00 Tenge in favour of foreign authors.
