KazAK is forced to apply to court
Since a major cable TV company – Icon refused to pay the royalties for more than a year, KazAK was forced to take action. The Special Inter-district Economic Court of Almaty city examined the case and ruled out to charge the cable TV company for 7,175,774.00 in favour of the authors. The court’s decision came into force on 3 November 2010.
