Following monitoring

On 23.09.2014, following the CISAC’s inquiry, the head office of KazAK held the meeting on protection of the

authors’ (right holders) property rights and monitoring of using of authors’ works by users.

According to the report of KazAK’s Deputy General Director Issayev S. Ch., over recent years the legal department

recovered in favour of authors KZT 392,105,981.00.

This figure is split by years as follows:

2012 – KZT 23 459 196.00

2013 – KZT 323,057,597.00

For 8 months of 2014 – KZT 45,589,188.00.
