KazAK Expand Its International Cooperation
KazAK is constantly developing its international cooperation. In particular, in March 2014, KazAK entered into the Mutual Representation Agreement with the Dutch Authors’ Society – BUMA/STEMRA. This agreement allowed to expand the KazAK’s international ties, which now cover 3 more countries (The Netherland, Aruba and Surinam).
Icon should pay compensation
On 06 August 2014, the Special Inter-district Economic Court of Almaty city examined the claim of KazAK to Icon cable operator to repay the debts. The court ruled out to meet partially the claims of KazAK and charge Icon cable operator for 228,708.00 Tenge in favour of Kazakh authors.
