On 09 August 2016, the Almaty Special Inter-District Economic Court examined the claim of «Web Content» LLP to «ALACAST» LLP (ID TV) to charge the financial compensation. In this case KazAK was involved as a third party. Finally, the Court made the ruling to decline the claim of «Web Content» LLP to «ALACAST» LLP.
