On 14th of April 2010 a meeting of the Accreditation Commission was held at the Committee of Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan. the issue on accreditation of KazAK was considered at the said meeting in the following spheres:
- Management of exclusive rights for used music works (with or without lyrics) and extract of music-dramatic works in case of their public performance, messages for general notice by cable or broadcasting, including by means of retransmission;
- Exercise of rights of authors, performers, sound record and audio-visual works producers to receive royalties for public performance or messages for general notice by cable or broadcasting of such audio-visual works.
On abovementioned issues Order 61 of accreditation passing was issued by Mr.Nurlan Abdrakhim, Chairman of the Committee of Intellectual Property.
