On 13 May 2014, the Special Economic Court of Astana city examined the claim of KazAK to Exclusive Production Centre LLP for illegal use of musical works of the author-members of KazAK and RAO, represented by KazAK, by their public performance during the concert. The court ruled out to meet the claims of KazAK and charge the defendant - Exclusive Production Centre LLP for 20,526,000.00 Tenge in favour of Kazakh and Russian authors.
