On 14 July 2014, Karasai District Court of Almaty Oblast examined the claim of KazAK to “District Culture Centre” for illegal use of musical works of the author-members of KazAK by their public performance during the concert. The court ruled out to meet the claims of KazAK and charge “District Culture Centre” for 12,378,920.00 Tenge in favour of Kazakh authors.
